Furniture, woodwork and metalwork are listed services. The display dimensions, materials and installation requirements should be agreed with the designer and delivery team.
Are mall approvals automatically included?
No. Landlord submissions, approvals and specialist sign-offs must be allocated explicitly within the project responsibilities.
